A 36years old man identified as Chidi Onyishi of the Taylor Avenue, Coal Camp, Enugu State has been arrested my members of the Nigeria For alleged used of 7years old son for money ritual.
The Enugu State police command has said the suspect was arrested following the receipt of credible information of a missing child.
Our source gathered that the Father (Chidi) reported the case of his missing son, Chidi Chimdalu to the police on the 20th October, 2021 that the 7 years old son was missing.
The man was arrested by the police operatives attached to the Central Police Station of the command.
Police said:
"Preliminary investigation reveals that he confessed to the crime and led the police operatives to one Pastor Okeke Eneokowr aged 95years who is said to be blind of Dental Avenue, as his accomplice.
He also led the police and medical team to the bank of a stream in Abakpa-Nike, Enugu where the decomposing corpses of the minor was exhumed from a shallow grave. After him and his cohort has murdered and buried him on the 20th October 2021.

Meanwhile, the commissioner of Police, CP Abubakar Lawal, has ordered the state CID Enugu to conduct a thorough and conclusive investigation that will lead to the persecution of everyone found culpable in the act.
